We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
Note: All return/refund/exchange requests must be made within this 30-day period. No exceptions can be made after this window.
1.Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Original tags must still be attached
- Must be in the original packaging
- Must include a valid receipt or proof of purchase
2.How to Start a Return
To begin your return, please email us at businesssupport@milkchic.co.
or Self-serve returns requests
Do not send the return to the address on your package — this will delay processing.
If your return is approved, we will send:
- A return shipping label (if applicable)
- The correct return address
- Clear instructions for sending your item
Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
3.Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Refund amount will exclude original shipping fees
- Return shipping cost In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping. If your item is faulty/incorrect, Milkchic will cover this cost.

4.Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange an item for another size, color, or product:
- Submit a return request for the original item
- Once approved, place a new order separately
If you wish to upgrade to a higher-priced item, we’ll provide instructions during your email exchange.
5.Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale or discounted items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care or beauty products
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before requesting a return.
6.Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at businesssupport@milkchic.co with photos.
We’ll prioritize a replacement or issue a full refund where appropriate.
7.EU Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.
The returned item must:
- Be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- Include receipt or proof of purchase
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs under this policy.
8.Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
9.Reserved Rights
Milkchic reserves the right to deny or restrict returns from customers in the following cases:
- Repeated returns that suggest “wardrobing” (wearing & returning)
- Items returned that are worn, altered, laundered, or damaged
- Evidence of return abuse or fraudulent behavior
We also reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion based on the above patterns.
